D2D intends to acquire an existing retail technology platform and rebrand it as part of the TFN Group.

This SaaS platform has been designed originally to allow influencers to connect with brands in order to sell their inventory direct to their followers.

With an already existing MVP built, D2D Trading Hub also allows retailers the opportunity to develop 3rd party marketplace with very little technical development or cost.

The platform also works as an online brand directory for existing marketplaces, as a resource to find the latest up and coming brands, designers to watch, sustainable/recycled products and innovative digital fashtech startups.

D2D currently has thousands of contacts as part of the network, who own or represent brands, designers, retailers, marketplaces, influencers and marketing agencies.

The goal is to make the D2D Trading Hub the go to B2B fashion marketplace, for B2C marketplaces, influencers and retailers looking to onboard new brands and suppliers.

The future for the D2D Trading Hub is to then to develop into a fully functional Direct 2 Consumer marketplace for both online and digital commerce.
